When ordering from Dynamic Brand's Corporate Sales you will be provided with a written quote for your custom products. You will have the option to utilize our competitive discounted rates from FedEx or provide your own preferred shipping method utilizing your own shipping account. 

Deliver times and features will vary based upon the carrier and methods chosen. Rates will be negotiated during the sales process. 

Products shipped within the United States usually arrive in 3-5 business days with Standard Shipping. 

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Payment for pre-order items is captured when the order is placed. Pre-ordered products shipped within the United States usually arrive 4-10 business days after the product's launch date.

CUSTOMIZED ITEMS

Payment for embroidered and customized items is captured when the order is placed. Our design team will prepare an art mockup for your review. Customized products shipped within the United States usually arrive 7-10 business days after artwork approval.
